Truly regional. Truly honest.

Our Responsibility at Hotel Paradies in Tirolo

“Why live more consciously?” Adam asked.

Because we want to leave our children more than just beautiful memories. For us, a mindful approach to nature is not only an attitude, but also a path. A path we follow with all our hearts. With the Green Label certification, to be completed in 2027, we are taking the next consistent step. For our Paradies, for our three children and for the generations that come after us.

About us

Regional, honest and genuine at Hotel Paradies

In our kitchen, we focus on short distances, fresh products and genuine origins. Our vegetables come directly from the farmer and are processed shortly after harvest. Berries are delivered twice a week from the neighbouring village. We source our dairy products from South Tyrol, along with many other products that are served at our tables.

For cooking, we love using fresh herbs from our Paradies garden. Regional honey and vegan alternatives such as South Tyrolean dandelion honey are also available for our guests. Our wines come predominantly from South Tyrol and our guests enjoy the finest Spronser spring water.

Beyond the kitchen, our care shows in many details: on the terraces with recycled teak wood, in the rooms with South Tyrolean cherry wood and marble from the Martell Valley, and in coasters, coffee machine mats and holders made from recycled leather. In the rooms, vegan natural cosmetics and exclusive organic tea from Bioteaque await you. We have replaced ballpoint pens with pencils and provide many documents digitally. We generate part of our electricity with our own photovoltaic system. An EV charging station is available for guests travelling by electric car. We also rely on water-saving showers, a well-insulated building envelope, careful waste separation and as little single-use packaging as possible.

With care and conviction at Hotel Paradies

Step by step and with clear decisions, we continue to develop our little paradise. And we follow this path with all our hearts. Because for us, responsibility doesn’t begin someday – it begins right now.
