Infos
- Our hotel rates are inclusive of half board per person and day inclusive of all taxes and fees.
- Check IN/OUT: On the day of arrival the rooms are ready by 2 p.m. Please take this into consideration for your arrival and inform us in case of arrival after 6 p.m. On the day of departure the rooms have to be vacated by 11 a.m.
- Room request: Please note that we can confirm certain room types but not certain room numbers.
- Cancellation: Cancellation of your reservation made orally or in writing is free of charge up to 3 weeks prior to arrival. After this period we charge 80% of the booked hotel arrangement. This also applies in case of late arrival or early departure. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance in order to prevent inconveniences for both sides.
- Travel Cancellation Insurance: Travel Cancellation Insurance can be quickly and easily purchased with the Europäische (European Travel Insurance) with the transfer confirmation, which Hotel Paradies will send to you together with the booking confirmation upon request. Alternatively you can purchase it online at http://www.dorftirol.it/de/unterkuenfte-reiseruecktrittsversicherung.php.
- Payment: You can pay your invoice in cash, by cheque or free of costs with a transfer to our account. Please note that we do not accept credit cards and EC cards. Foreign currency is converted based on the current exchange rate.
